RETURNS
Examples that may qualify for a return or exchange
-Incorrect record being sent by mistake
-Record damaged or lost in transit (via USPS tracking).
Please note that damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Examples that do NOT qualify for a return
-Not liking the sound quality of a release
-Vinyl coloration is different than the item shown in the product picture
-Incorrect labels
-Skipping or manufacturing defects
-Cosmetic damage (Unless severe)
-Ordering the wrong product
-No longer wanting the item
-We will not offer exchanges or returns for corner dings, small creases and other similar cosmetic damage.
Graffiti Records is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been marked as delivered by USPS we are unable to assist with lost or stolen packages as that is their legal attestation to having fulfilled the shipment. Please contact your local USPS location or USPS customer service as that is their jurisdiction. Graffiti Records is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are required to fulfill orders to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for providing a replacement order if you no longer have access to this address. Please contact your local USPS or USPS Customer Service for assistance with package recovery.
REFUNDS
-Please note that refunds will not be issued until the item has been returned to us.
-Any attempt to chargeback with the item in your possession will be met with legal action and the customer will be permanently banned from our store.
